The US Open Tennis Tournament brings together passionate tennis fans from across the country each year in the Big Apple. Spectators immersed themselves in the thrill of world-class tennis while enjoying curated hospitality, exclusive events, and seamless travel logistics. My work at the US Open included procuring, planning, and operating a package-based experience, inclusive of tournament tickets, transportation, lodging, and elevated guest experiences. A highlight of the weekend was a Vineyard Vines Welcome Party, featuring branded gifting, casual elegance, and coastal-inspired décor that captured the sporty yet polished spirit of the event.
Guests enjoyed the breathtaking views of New York from the famous Lotte Palace Hotel in the heart of Midtown Manhattan. Known for it’s opulent public spaces like the hotel’s Grand Staircase and the historic Villard Houses.
